FAQ – Refunds and Resales

Every payment made via the AMSA website requires tick boxing AMSA’s Terms and Conditions before purchase.

AMSA does not provide full ticket refunds for change of mind, injury or illness. 

We strongly encourage delegates to use the Official ADL26 Resales Facebook Page page if personal circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend AMSA Convention 2026, or not needing your accommodation ticket or bus tickets anymore.

We advise if you are needing to resell your ticket to join the page as soon as possible. Our current close date for final ticket transfers is the 1st of June 2026. 

On this page you will find the rules regarding resales, as well as the Ticket Transfer Form, which is compulsory to be filled out by new ticket holders in order to finalise the ticket transfer. Payments are to be organised privately between delegates and AMSA is not liable for these payments.
