What’s in store?
Full Registration
The complete convention experience.
- Attend all five days of National Convention with morning tea and lunch included (1st-5th of July)
- Access all Social Events and the Gala Ball
- Experience a world-class academic program of plenaries, workshops, and field trips
- Join the Convention Cup intervarsity competitions including but not limited to Con Games Day and EMC as a competitor and spectator
- Stay updated with convention app access for latest alerts and events
- Please note that full registration tickets are only available to delegates aged 18+, as social events are held in licensed venues and entry is restricted by age requirements.
Academics Partial
Your academic experience, streamlined (No access to gala, socials or Con Games)
- Receive in-person access to academic sessions.
- Enjoy morning tea and lunch on days you attend.
- Engage in plenaries, workshops, breakout sessions and academic field trips
- Access the exclusive convention app for academic schedules and real-time updates.
- Accessible for medical student delegates under 18 years old
But what do I miss out on?
The Academics Partial Ticket does NOT include access to the following: Gala ball, evening social events, social field trips, EMC or Con Games Day. We encourage everyone to purchase a full registration ticket where possible for the full AMSA Convention experience!
Accommodation
Limited tickets available!
- 5 night stay (Check in the afternoon of 1st July. Check out the morning of 6th July).
- 4 nights of dinner provided (5th dinner included for full rego ticket holders at Gala Ball)
- All hotels located a walk away from Adelaide Convention Centre
- Limited spots available – first come, first served
- Rooms for 3–5 delegates with bed sharing expected
- University delegates will be allocated to the same hotel where possible
- Hotel examples (other similar hotels may be included): Oaks Embassy, Oaks Horizon, Stamford, Hotel Grand Chancellor
Bus Ticket

- Shuttle transport directly to and from near Adelaide Convention to Con Games & Gala Ball
